- Monthly salary: $8000–$16000
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage day-to-day branch sales and operations.
- Achieve outlet monthly target
- Motivate and manage a team of customer service, consultants and therapists to achieve their goals.
- Ensure a high level of service quality and total customer satisfaction.
- Identify, recommend and promote appropriate treatments and products to customers’ needs.
- Provide sales training and skill training
- Build and establish relationship with customers.
- Handle customers’ feedback and provide service recovery where necessary.
- Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Required Skill(s): team management, sales and operations, consultation, customer service
- positive attitude
- At least 4 years of relevant supervisory/managerial level experience in the beauty/spa industry.
- Able to lead and mentor a team
- Good communications and strong interpersonal skills.
- Result driven and service oriented.
- Willing to work retail hours.
Work hours:
- Weekday 11am-9pm ; weekends and PH 10am-7pm
- Off day (discuss when interviews)up to 8 days off per month
