Roles & Responsibilities ResponsibilitiesDuties/Responsibilities:1. Planning & scheduling maintenance task according to the base of importance under Engineer & Manager.2. Install light point, install light, install fan point, install fan, install power socket etc.3. To call pulling into cable trunk, install LED light and it’s connection.4. To install PVC cable Trucking.5. To install earth cable into building electrical line.6. Painting work of cable trucking.7. To install signalling cable and socket8. To install CCTV cable, CCTV and its connection.9. Work in chilled water pump and its piping and electrical connection.10. Install fresh air/air condition Square and round ducting.12. Install all kind air conditioning system (Window, Split type, and central air conditioning system).13. To install different type pump/Motor. Its cable puling and connection.14. Painting of all kind of work.15. Clean of motor/pump/working area.16. Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors/indoor or any other place instructed by company in Singapore. at considerable heights in construction area.17. Must be fully vaccinated18. Works under pressure.20. Willing to work construction project may be long hours.21. Must work Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday if required.22. Site Cable pulling works at renovation works and new installation.24. Site work and attend inspection with RTO.25. Mixing of painting and other pigment to make colour.26. Painting with hand brass and roller to make painting area smooth.27. Hacking of concrete wall. Removed hacking materials from site to removing tong.29. Dismantled sanitary pipe.30. Removed ducting material /sanitary material/ etc.31. Preparation painting for building wall by sanding or other cleaning tools.32. Installation glass and aluminium frame of the building.33. Removed or renovation of old glass and aluminium materials.34. Clean/ loading it for removing it’s from working site.

RequirementsCandidate must possess at least high school pass or other relevant qualifications.Relevant minimum two year working experience as a supervise of construction as mechanical or electrical works.Able to read architectural & technical drawings thus translates to construction activitiesAble to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlinesKnowledge in MS Office & Outlook.Extra certificate added as advantages.
