Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and organise daily construction operations in alignment with project requirements.
- Direct and guide construction crews on-site to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion.
- Coordinate with project managers to arrange tasks, distribute resources, and track project completion.
- Check inventory and place orders for building materials as when necessary.
- Uphold safety protocols and foster a safety-conscious environment among workers.
- Conduct routine site assessments to promptly detect and address any issues.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, addressing inquiriesand furnishing project progress reports.
Requirements
- Able to read drawings and specifications.
- Agree to work Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday and on shift basis as required.
- Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course
- Lifting Supervisor Safety Course
- Work at Height Course
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage

- Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Employer is a renovation company
- Salary $3800 - $4800 depending on skill and experience
