Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the management team by preparing and analyzing financial reports, conducting budget forecasting, and assisting with various management reporting tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for review by executive management
- Assist in budget planning, forecasting, financial data processes
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to help drive business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and consistent reporting
- Develop and maintain financial models to support management decision-making
- Assist in the implementation of new financial processes and systems
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in management reporting, financial analysis, or related role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in SAP/ ERP (any) and other financial software tools will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment is a plus
