The Assistant Manager will be accountable for achieving the following results:

- Ensure Timely Month End Closing for all shipments/jobs files for Airfreight Department, extending to other departments in the future
Key Activities / Accountabilities
JOB PROFILE
- Ensure efficient and smooth handling for the airfreight Department.
- Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.
- Manage Airlines/Co-loader network and ensure best buying rates for the company.
- Response to RFQ/Rates Request.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing to customers.
- Ensure Timely monthly closing of all airfreight jobs and proper filing.
- Managed and build up consolidations sectors/lanes.
- Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.
- Ensure profitability for businesses secured with regular review with management.
- Develop more airfreight business
- Any other official duties assign by Senior management.

- Preferred 2-3 years freight experience
