Morgan McKinley Singapore is looking for an experienced Tech Recruitment Consultant, your role you will be focused on hiring within your specialist area, carrying out 180 recruitment, from sourcing of candidates, managing candidates, offer negotiations, stakeholder management as well as ensuring high quality candidate delivery.

What we are looking for
- At least 2 years of experience as a 180 tech recruitment consultant, doing end-to-end hiring from sourcing (using a range of methods and tools), interviewing candidates, client interview coordination, offer management and onboarding.
- Ability to solve problems and be organise in your thinking and approach to work.
- Outstanding communication and influencing/ interpersonal skills.
- A professional, self-motivated individual with a relentlessly positive attitude, desire to learn, and a team player.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-confidence, and someone who thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
