Responsibilities:
- Lead nutrition and allergen management, ensuring high standards across services.
- Stay informed on nutrition guidelines to enhance the company's wellness framework.
- Guide and mentor a team of dietitians and nutritionists for professional growth.
- Educate the Operations Team on wellness and food allergy risk management.
- Develop and implement nutrition programs and allergen management initiatives.
- Advise on nutritional aspects of menus and address related concerns.
- Contribute to business tenders and account retention through nutrition proposals.
- Ensure compliance with nutritional, allergen, and sustainability standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Science, or related fields.
- 5+ years in food service nutrition; expertise in childhood and sports nutrition a plus.
- Knowledge of nutrition and allergen legislation; registration with relevant professional bodies.
- Proficiency in nutrient analysis software and excellent public speaking skills.
