Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute production processes aimed at maximizing efficiency.
- Address and troubleshoot technical challenges pertaining to manufacturing equipment.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth production operations.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent disruptions.
- Institute quality control protocols to uphold product specifications.
- Analyze and enhance production workflows to boost productivity.
- Create and maintain technical documentation outlining production processes.
- Uphold compliance with safety regulations and standards within the manufacturing facility.
Requirement:
- min. Diploma in Science Engineering & above.
- Practical experience in production site improvement or management is a bonus.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues on the production floor.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with production teams.
