Our client is a MNC company in the Oil & Gas industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their Accounts team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Central – easily accessible.
Note: This is a 1-year contract role, convertible and renewable.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Accounts Payable function
- Prepare and ensure daily/priority payment request are submitted on time
- Ensure total AP invoices recorded within the month
- Ensure priority invoices are sent for payment process on time
- Prepare and send Key Accounts AR invoices every month
- Maintain and ensure Key Accounts AR are kept at healthy ACP levels
- All other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
