Our client is a Global MNC company in the Manufacturing industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Call Centre Officer to join their Customer Service team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East– easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer or stakeholder's calls/walk in/email
- Initiate outbound calls to customer or contacts to follow up as necessary.
- Employ available resources to diagnose and resolve concerns or problems.
Requirements:
- Call center experience preferred
