Responsibilities
- Support sales team on administrative work, maintenance sales record, create quotation.
- Maintain good relationship with all levels of staff of Sales team, Sales Admin team, FA team and customer to resolve sales issues effectively to facilitate all aspect of sales execution.
- Follow up with the order process and ensure the sales transactions are close timely.
- Support sales team to customer verification and complete the necessary documents for export control.
- Attending customer’s enquiries on sales and administrative matters.
- Manages customer databases, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of customer information.
- Support Marketing & Planning Asst Manager for any marketing activities.
- Provide all necessary data or report to management upon request.
- Any other jobs as requested by superior.
- Coverage of duties in the absence of team members.
Requirements
- Diploma and above in relevant field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare industry
- Proficient in MS office
- Well-organized, self-motivated, reliable and resourceful
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Meticulous and resourceful
- Independent, mature and fast-learner with positive working attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
