Sales & Admin Coordinator

Job Description:

- Day to day general admin duties

- Computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office etc

- Update stock & sales records and conduct stock takes

- Issue PO, DO, Invoice etc

- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned


Qualifications and Requirements:

- Need not working experience

- Must have adequate science background & willing to learn

- Energetic and self-motivated individual

- Strong interpersonal skills and a strong ability to listen

- Excellent communication skills, verbal & written, both English & Chinese

- Can work under minimal supervision
