Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Procurement to lead our digital transformation efforts in the procurement department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities, including tendering processes, advising on procurement strategies, and implementing efficient procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy for the procurement department
- Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals to ensure successful execution of procurement activities
- Oversee all tendering processes, from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts
- Advise senior management on procurement strategies and best practices
- Implement and maintain efficient procurement procedures to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives in a procurement setting
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, tendering processes, and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
