  • Collaborate closely with suppliers for the procurement of raw materials, components, and services.
  • Foster and sustain robust relationships with vendors, negotiating terms and agreements to secure favorable conditions.
  • Work in tandem with production planners to forecast material requirements, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
  • Efficiently generate accurate purchase orders, taking into consideration production schedules and lead times.
  • Monitor and track order status, promptly addressing any delays or issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate with quality control teams to verify that purchased materials meet the required standards.
  • Promptly address and resolve any quality issues with suppliers.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all purchases, contracts, and negotiations.
