Responsibilities
.
· Generate ALL Paper Work and Filing for Sales Team Sales Order, Works Order, Invoices, Quotation..etc.
· Ensure all PO from Customers is attended and reply thru emails and Works Order issue on daily basis.
· Liaise with Customers on paper documentation change, update and submission …etc.
· Email reply to Customers on delivery schedule demand (Pull In or Push Out)
· Daily Updates of all sales systems requirements. (Excel)
· Organize all Sales Filing-Invoice, Quotation, DO…etc
· All Administration on Sales related Paper Work and Corresponding.
Requirements
· Nitec in Business Studies.
· Precision at work with self-checking method, neat and tidy.
· Memorize & execute procedures of document processes accordingly without short-cut.
· Excellent time management, on documents prioritization. skills and self-independent at work.
· Fast thinker, respond to Customers issues, follow Up and follow Ups to get answers.
· 5 days work week and able to complete daily priority work within the day.
· Position Opens to Singaporeans & PR
