We are a sheet metal Job Shop with dynamic skills and abilities to support local & overseas Customers in providing a quality metal products.


  • Responsible for Sales Target meet, obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
  • Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems suitable for Company Capacity and ability. Wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish, benefiting the Company.
  • Responsible for managing the sales team with Marketing tools, developing a business plan covering sales, PowerPoint Presentation slide ,revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence Globally.
  • Development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each Customers (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force.
  • Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with the guidelines set by the Company.
  • Responsible for the planning, sales recruitment, direction advice, control of sales executive and sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings. Plan and implement a specific appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual sales grouping and commission targets and administer the commission plan.
  • Personally observe the performance of individual Technical sales person in their performance through teaching sale technic on a regular basis.
  • Creating new contacts and develops new businesses Beneficial for the Company.
  • Fully responsible for Sale Team Trade accounts receivable for customers ensuring zero bad debts.
  • Approve individual Sale Costing against BOM Target set controlling expenditure against Sale amount.
  • Submit monthly sales forecast against actual performance report timely.
  • Submit Sales Purchase Budget for Special Projects amount larger than expect.
  • Execute jobs assign by General Manager.
  • Other ad-hoc sales or marketing assignment as assigned by Superior.

REQUIREMENT

  • 3-5 years experience in either Electronic Equipment Manufacturing Sales, Construction Business Sales, Food Equipment Sales or Lab Furniture Sales.
  • Minimum Qualification Business or Marketing Diploma
  • Ability to handle Sales Staff under your care
  • Understand Product Costing against Sales Impact.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Excellent time management, prioritization skills and self-independent at work.
  • 5 days work week and able to complete daily priority work within the day.
