JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute channel strategy in line with company’s objectives and plans
- Achieve annual sales and profit targets for Modern trade channel
- Raise brand’s market share in trade.
- Set and lead the distribution strategy for Modern Trade channel
- Develop and implement effective business plans to achieve brand share and growth
- Manage and set direction for distributor for Modern trade channel
- Instruct and review distributor’s sales team on sales performance
- Key account management on key banners
- Lead distributor on Modern trade related activities
- Formulate monthly reports submission from distributor
- Optimise trade spend for assigned accounts to ensure improved profitability.
- Effective apportionment, phasing and control of trade support budget to deliver gross to net targets.
- Execute effective cross function liaison with supply chain, logistics, marketing and finance to deliver business objectives.
- Implement accurate sales forecasting, to meet monthly supply KPI.
- Collection of market intelligence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Degree level
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Modern trade sales management.
- Strong channel management and experience in Modern trade key accounts management.
- Excellent working knowledge of the Modern Trade in Singapore.
- Sales driven, to meet business targets and goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships with clients, with internal stakeholders.
- Independent and proactive in business development.
- Good business acumen.
- Well verse in MS Office (Excel).
- Possess Class 3 license.
