Main Accountabilities:
• Prepare complex sales quotations and technical drawings for the customers in coordination with the Account Manager
• Support the sales force developing (technical) solutions in order to prepare a quotation for a customer.
• Join and support the Account Manager or Sales Manager during sales preparation, presentations to customers’ and/or negotiating processes.
• Check final order and sales contract with initial quotation and clarify/solve any discrepancies.
• Initiate preparation of technical documents (descriptions, drawings etc.) for the order to start production process.
• Handle customer requests/questions about signed contracts and check changes against the agreed quotation.
• Develop and maintain good internal working relationships with Customer Project Manager, Sales and Account Managers, System Engineering, Service, Business Managers, Product Managers, Purchase, Production, etc.
• Maintain good working relationship with regular customers; develop good working relationships with new customers.
• Maintain efficient and reliable quotes administration.
Key performance Indicators:
• Quality, timeliness and completeness of quotations
• Quality of technical support and advice to Account Manager and Customers
• Customer satisfaction on delivered system.
• Completeness of synoptic document files.
