- Attend to the needs of staffs to ensure target is achieved during the shift
- Daily production planning to meet cycle time and shipment requirement
- Address line issues relating to manufacturing by implementing full proof action and system fix
- Plan for material preparation to support daily WIP
- Remnant dies / wafer management
- Support Engineering builds and lots with SWR requirement
- eITR analysis and generation for ABN lots
- Follow up PE on lot disposition and actions needed for ABN lots
- Shift report generation
- Manage manufacturing staff attendance and leave applications on daily basis
Requirements:
· Higher NITEC or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
· Minimum 1 year of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
· Self-motivated with strong analytical skills and logical thinking
· Able to lead a group of operators supporting production line
