● Advertise on job portals to attract qualified candidates
● Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels, such as databases and social media
● Take charge of pre-interview screening processes
● Match suitable candidates to the job advertised based on skills and qualifications
● Foster and maintain relationships with job seekers, offering guidance as needed
● Adopt a proper end to end hiring process
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for events, including digital and traditional marketing channels
● Collaborate with the events department to coordinate both virtual and physical events
● Provide support for various HR administrative tasks as required
Requirement:
● Minimum Diploma level and higher
● Enthusiastic about the field of HR
● Outgoing and a collaborative team player
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office
