Responsibilities
- Perform underwater work using commercial diving gears (ie. CSCUBA/SSDE) to inspect, repair, remove or install equipment and structures.
- Perform DMT job roles to support the assigned project.
- Follow company diving safety protocols and procedures and performing tasks as per the roster and quality.
- Work under the supervision and instruction of Diving Supervisor.
- Assist the organisation of all diving equipment.
- Assignment to other projects in assisting other underwater jobs (ie. laying geotextile, hull inspection, decompression chamber operator, etc).
- Any other underwater jobs assigned
Requirements
- Possess in-shore commercial diving CSCUBA/SSDE certificates
- Possess DMT Certificate
- Possess CO Certificate
- Scuba certification from a recognized training agency an advantage
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Medically fit with in-date diving medical certificate
- Familiar with Emergency Response Procedure
- Building Construction Supervisor Safety (BCSS)
- Safety oriented and work closely in a team environment
- Basic English language is required
- Must be able to communicate clearly
