Responsibilities:
1. To assist Project Manager in site supervision.
2. Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
3. To manage a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors and vendors to execute works within given time frame.
4. To resolve site issues with supervisors, maincontractor, subcontractors, vendors and or/ related 3rd parties.
5. To co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspection with main contractors site representatives including attending site co-ordination meetings.
6. To plan implement and monitor weekly works activities with a team of supervisors in accordance to the master schedule.
7. To implement Testing & Commissioning plan.
8. To monitor work progresses, productivity, qualities and materials usages and ensure those items meet the targeted schedule.
9. Other adhoc duties
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma/ ITC certificates in related trades.
- Prior experience in Construction/Electrical Works will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently in a team environment.
