Job description
The Business Development Manager leads the organisation's business development strategies:-
- expanding our clientele;
- to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales;
- conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;
- updated on current market conditions;
- works with regional teams to understand the latest business trends;
- maintains good relationships with business partners
- Support stakeholder engagement sessions for new portfolios.
Requirements:
· At least 2 years’ experience in a business development/partnerships/corporate sales function
· Strong business acumen, critical thinking and ability to formulate actionable insights and recommendations
· Strong experience in managing key stakeholders and partner onboarding
· Excellent presentation skills – able to put together pitch decks and pitch to corporate contacts
· Self-motivated, energetic and passionate individual willing to take full ownership
· Possesses the personality and ability to build strong rapport with partners/customers
· Prior experience in leadership / team management would be advantageous
