Position: HCM Executive
Location: Raffles
Salary: Up to $5400 + 1 Month Completion Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the HCM system by working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Ensure alignment of business objectives, requirements, and technical specifications throughout the implementation process.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, collaborating closely with end-users to ensure the system functionality meets their needs.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of the system.
- Document system requirements, specifications, and test results for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Provide support for other projects and day-to-day activities within the Payroll team.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
- Minumum 7 years of relevant experience in payroll operations seeks a role in support system implementation and testing.
- Proven track record in HR system support or similar roles.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills to grasp complex business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Adept at developing and executing test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and meeting project deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with solid project management skills.
