Min Diploma or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of Customer Service experience.
Familiar with computer

Main Duties:
To ensure smooth transactions and coordination of order processing between Sales, production, and logistics.
Responsibilities and Activities Summary:
- Responsible for the Full Spectrum of order processing
- (E.g.: Sales Order, Refills Order, Consignment Orders, Sample request and Transfer Orders, etc.)
- Work closely with Sales Managers to ensure all orders are processed promptly and accurately into the system on the same working day.
- Assist Sales Managers in updating the prices, sales conditions, information, contracts, etc. in the Sales Force System whenever necessary.
- Monitor orders and communicate order status to customers.

- Coordinate with the logistics team closely to ensure on-time delivery and provide a complete set of required documents to the customer promptly.
- Review shipping documents and ensure documents are in full.
- Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and payments.
- Handles customer requests on technical documents, shipping documents, etc.
- Work with commercial and technical teams to handle customer coordinating returns, credit, replacement, etc. tender information
- Provide administrative support and any other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
