Responsibilites:
- Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of projects by the site teams and contractors at all times. Identify problems and recommend areas for improvement.
- Assist in tendering for new consultancy projects.
- Coordinate closely with in-house Designer, QS team and manufacturing team.
- Work closely with contractor, sub-contractor and building management.
- Any other related duties as assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must hardworking and able to work independently and under pressure.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore commercial interior design environment
- Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
- Handling of Project independently from Inception through Completion
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max/Viz and Adobe Photoshop
- Good knowledge of space planning, construction drawings and implement them
- Reliable, responsible and willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges
- Other Information: Working 5 days week
