Architect (Project and Account Management)
Our client is a well-established British design consultancy firm with nearly four decades of international experience.
We are recruiting a Project Manager / Account Manager eager to gain exposure to large-scale projects for global brands across multiple industries such as automotive, luxury, commercial real estate, etc.
S/he may be required to travel to meet clients, suppliers, and contractors in APAC.
Responsibilities:
- Partake in business development meetings across the region to expand target markets, clients, and project opportunities
- Nurture and develop existing client relationships in the region and implement strategies for introducing new services and products
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, design, operations) to align brand messaging and consistency
- Oversee projects, ensuring alignment with both brand guidelines and architectural specifications and achieving high-quality standards in architectural endeavors with service contractors
- Oversee on-site work to ensure the project is built according to brand guidelines and design plans and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in disciplines such as Marketing, Architecture, and Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in a project management or client-facing role in the design, building, and construction sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, REVIT /AutoCAD/MicroStation, or other relevant programs
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with the operations team based in Shanghai is highly advantageous
Office Location: Downtown Core
Compensation & Benefits:
- Monthly base salary to commensurate experience
- 1 month AWS + performance bonus
