MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Responding to sales enquires, prepare sales quotations and support sales activities (eg. cold call) for Sales team.
2. Supporting Sales Team with documentation and requirements pertaining to Sales tender/RFQ
3. Liaise with Suppliers and / or Vendors to obtain prices and lead-time.
4. Follow up with customers on quotes sent / customer orders and request
5. Tracking of inbound enquires and monitoring their progress
6. Update customer inventory report if required by customer
7. Receive customer forecast and plan for buffer inventory
8. Receive customer PO and generate sales order /delivery order /invoice
9. Handle customers documents for export shipment etc. issue billing, packing list and shipping invoice
10. Ensure timely delivery of goods
11. Liaise and coordinate with logistics for goods picking, packing and labelling
12. Maintain proper documents filling and house keeping
13. Other adhoc duties as and when assigned
