Responsibilities:
- Plan duties and deployments; in charge of supervising and managing all captains, servers and runners
- Cover the role of server as and when necessary
- Ensure that the restaurant, including the washrooms, are kept clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure that there is music playing in the background and lightings for the restaurant is at comfort level
- Ensure that all fire extinguishers are not expired and exit areas are neat and tidy
- Write comment logs to update, report and disseminate information at the end of every shift
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any fields
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in related field
- Candidate with F&B related experience will be an advantage
- Possess excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Possess servant leadership and problem solving skills
- Enthusiasm, resilience and a strong team player
- Pleasant personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
