Responsibilities
Work with the Healthcare team to manage healthcare project and initiatives including but not limited to the following:
- Engage with internal stakeholders, IT team and other stakeholders to understand the project requirements.
- Support the rollout of the project and healthcare systems by collaborating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
- Support the user requirements, development, implementation and integration of healthcare mobile application and other initiatives.
- Work closely with IT team to draft and generate policy relating to the system rollout.
- Coordinate the execution of the projects, ensuring adherence to the timelines and standards.
- Monitor project progress and highlight project status and potential challenges.
- Support new healthcare strategic partnership where appropriate.
- Any other duties assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Biomedical, Information Technology or relevant discipline
- 5 years of relevant experience in business development or partnership roles within hospital/healthcare/eldercare industries preferred.
- Experienced in project management, leading stakeholder engagements and/or delivery of projects/implementations.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to set priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders as well as an effective team player.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
