Responsibilities:
- Assist in the pre and post contract administration of projects.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of project monitoring files.
- Assist in proper documentation and filing system.
- Work closely with QS in charge to ensure all documents flow to and from all necessary parties and all work done are recorded and bill on time.
- Other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- GCE “O” levels or above
- 2 years of relevant working experience in document management
- Has good document control & administrative skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, and adept at spreadsheets and file management systems.
