Role
You will be part of a team to provide facilities management services to our client's sites. You will be required to carry out regular inspections to the sites and its facilities to maintain a high service delivery level. You will supervise and manage contractors on the scheduled maintenance of various functions and systems within the sites.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Reporting to Operations Executive and/or Operations Manager.
- Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of BMS, ACMV equipment (ie. Chillers, pumps, AHU, FCU, etc. are functioning as per scheduled).
- Maintain/repair plumbing & sanitary systems to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures if required.
- General maintenance/repair of electrical fixtures and fittings.
- General maintenance/repair of wall, ceiling and floor finishes.
- Monitor all work being performed by term contractors, tenant’s service contractors, tenant’s fit-out and reinstatement works.
- Attend to tenant’s request and feedback.
- Responsible for alerting the management of any unusual occurrence or damage that have taken place or that may occur (ie. faulty of lifts, building exit route, etc.)
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a office/data center/commercial establishment with sound technical knowledge of building services (M&E).
- Higher Nitec in Facility Management or Nitec in Built Environment (Mechanical & Electrical Services).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Effective problem-solving abilities with good communication skills.
- Able to perform shift work which includes working on Saturday, Sunday and on Public Holiday.
- Comfortable to work morning shift (7am to 4pm) when required
- Support anytime when critical emergency arises (24/7)
- No overtime but will convert to time in lieu.
