about the job
We're currently seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to lead our comprehensive accounting functions, overseeing General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Inventory. Your role will involve preparing insightful monthly management reports, conducting analyses, and managing year-end statutory reporting. Take charge in developing annual budgets, crafting cash-flow forecasts, and constructing effective financial models. Showcase your expertise in financial due diligence, evaluating potential M&A or investment projects, leading negotiations, and supporting business development initiatives. Provide valuable guidance to our international business units in budgeting, analysis, and financial results reporting. Bring your skills to the table for handling quarterly GST returns and tax computations. As a leader, guide and coach internal stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance internal controls, and ensure compliance.
skills and experience required
You should be Degree qualified in Accountancy from a reputable university and possess at least 4 years of working experience in full sets and ideally a little bit FP&A . If you have some M&A financial modelling knowledge, that would be greatly beneficial.. You should have good communications skills and be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
