• Reviewing work performed by team, providing guidance and training where necessary.
Specific responsibilities:
Sales/Accounts Receivable
• Review Write-off approved bad debts
• Monthly review ageing and meeting with Credit Controllers
• Monthly open and close AR period
• Maintain and modify AR setup
• Filling of AR remittance
• Review monthly UBR & WIP
Fixed assets
• Review FA additions.
• Review FA disposal / transfer.
• Review FA reconciliation.
Month end closing
• Input ad hoc journals
• Review of monthly expenses
• Review of monthly PL
• Upload HFM data and prepare HFM month end reporting
• ICBS Reporting
• Review and input K-Shuttle contract list.
Others
• Request certificate of residents from IRAS.
• Prepare MD’s & COO quarterly expenses report, due on 15th of following month
• Prepare GST quarterly submission workings
• Complete customer authorization forms
• Scanning of Inter/Intra FA Disposal forms
• Update and review balance sheet schedules
• Participate in other ad hoc FINDIV projects
• Perform staff appraisals and recruitment.
Requirements:
• Min 2 years years experience in accounting.
• Minimum Diploma in accounting.
• Knowledge and experience in Oracle, MS Office Excel
• Able to work independently
• Able to interact with all levels of internal and external clients
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Works well under pressure, challenges status quo.
