Required Competencies
- At lease 1 - 2 years’ technical experience in the AV / UC industry is required
- At lease 1 - 2 years’ experience selling in the AV / UC industry is preferred
- Experience in the following: Polycom / Logitech / Crestron / Yealink / etc AV Systems / Pro AV equipment such as Extron / Crestron / Aten
- Any certification in Pro AV will be preferred
- Proven experience delivering results through Channel partners
- A good understanding in Unified Communications.
Role Purpose
As Channel Presales Technical / Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for fostering and growing relationships with selected key channel partners within Singapore. Responsibilities will also include cultivating & developing relationships with key decision makers at selected end-users. Ideally you will already be well connected in the professional audio-visual & technology space and be aware of the major players and influencers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert opportunities generated by the channels to meet monthly sales quota
- Provide technical support for opportunities generated by the channels to meet monthly sales quota
- Develop strategic growth plan with selected partners to grow the business
- Build positive working relationship with partners to ensure smooth partner services
- Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation
- Educate partners on new product portfolio and promotion
- Manage the sales funnel to provide an accurate forecast
