Responsibilities:
- Responsible to handle coverage support and provide permanent solution / workaround depending on the nature of issue.
- Collaborate with interface teams to troubleshoot any interface issues and provide resolution.
- Collaborate with Business users and stakeholders to understand and troubleshoot issues and provide resolution.
- Perform deployment & release management activities.
- Collaborate with development squad to provide insights for defect fix by providing analysis performed.
Skills/Requirement
- 3 + years of relevant experience.
- Basic understanding of Java and coding.
- Able to work with UNIX system, with understanding in bash/shell scripts.
- Experience with Java, Springs and Hibernate
- Experience in Agile Development and Agile Delivery
