Objectives of the Position
To provide full spectrum of professional staff support to the Senior Vice President and Leadership Team, including and not limited to planning, preparation and follow up to meetings, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, coordination of relevant projects of regional scope.
Main Tasks:
- Support Senior Vice President and Leadership Team to plan meetings, including to prepare meeting agenda, meeting documents and minutes, and to follow up with meeting participants to complete action items
- Foster an agile, community-style, inspiring surrounding that enables the team to grow and expand together.
- Prepare and coordinate presentation and executive papers for Senior Vice President’s use in Executive Meetings, customer events, industry conferences etc.
- Support preparation of in-person meetings, workshops, conferences etc., including assistance in preparing meeting materials, activities, event management and coordination with overseas visitors on administrative/ logistics matters.
- Support onboarding of new hires in the region.
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties and stakeholders to get the Senior Vice President well prepared for events.
- Support Senior Vice President on other activities as when required.
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, Chemistry, or related fields
- Prefer minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Prefer candidate with exposure to multi-cultural MNC setup and matrix organizations.
- Good knowledge in business operations, marketing, product management or strategy development
- Understanding of agricultural industry, its business specifics and AP organization is beneficial.
- Knowledge prioritization, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills, who is able to interact in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
- Excellent working knowledge in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
