Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and designing VMwareVMware Cloud Foundation (VCFVCF) solutions
- Experience in infrastructure deployment, configuration, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with team, vendors clients determine strategy and plan for complex system implementations and upgrades and design VCFVCF solutions that align with their goals
- UtilizeUtilize hands-on experience with VMwareVMware solutions and tools, including VMwareVMware vSpherevSphere 6.x and 7.x, Site Recovery Manager (SRMSRM), vRealizevRealize, and vCloudvCloud Foundation
- Hands-on implementation of VCFVCF, including hardware, servers, and virtual machines, using vSpherevSphere and other VMwareVMware technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve live production issues efficiently, ensuring optimal system performanc
- performancCreate and maintain detailed documentation for design decisions, implementation plans, and support processes
- Proactively identify opportunities to automate routine tasks, improving operational efficiency and reliability
- Participate in on-call support, addressing live production issues on a rotational basis.
The Successful Applicant
- Atleast 7 years of hands-on experience in implementing, designing, and supporting VMware services on cloud, including vSphere with vSAN/NSX-T, SDDC manager
- Experience on Linux
- Experience in Network function which is an application similar to 5G,4G
- Experience in Telco Cloud(Infrastructure, Cloud and Network Functions)
- Proficiency in infrastructure design, installation, and configuration using vSphere and other VMware technologies
- Experience with hardware management (HP/DELL/LENOVO/IBM/CISCO), FlexSwitch, Fabric Interconnect configuration, and SAN storage
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to efficiently resolve live production issues
- Hands-on experience with vCenter 6.0, 6.5, 6.7, 7.0, and ESXi Hypervisor 6.0, 6.5, 6.7, 7.0.
- Knowledge of scripting tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform
- Good understanding of related storage technologies e.g., SAN and vSAN
- Good understanding of networking concepts and virtual networking
- Ability to operate across multiple projects concurrently and assume the responsibility for the appropriate technical and architectural implementation of projects strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure
