Job Description
As a SAP FICO Analyst, you are responsible for:
- Liaise with key users and Business Process Owners to identify pain points and IT needs
- Capture specific requirements and propose cost-effective solutions
- Evaluate proposals for ROI before design and development phase
- Manage projects and coordinate with external solution providers following SDLC guidelines
- Prepare and maintain documentation: business process flows, configuration documents, specifications, and test scenarios
- Ensure compliance with IT Control policies in day-to-day activities and projects
- Resolve operational issues within SLA, support month-end closing, and prevent incorrect postings
- Build relationships with end users and IT members
- Provide training to end users and IT Business Analyst (BA) team members
The Successful Applicant
As a suitable candidate, you shall possess min. 3 years of experience in FICO techno-function, product costing and preferably with one full cycle of implementation. You shall also possess min. Degree in Computer science, business analysis, IT or other equivalent qualification.
