Deutsche Bank Private Bank Capital Markets Department in Asia is seeking a high caliber professional to join the team as Structured Products dealer, based in Singapore.

Your key responsibilities
- Provide timely trade execution of Structured Products and OTC Derivative across multiple asset class in accurate and efficient manner with good judgement and mark sense and keep proper audit trail
- Identify market opportunities and develop structured investment solutions that cater to WM clients’ needs and provide investment advice to Relationship Manager and Investment Adviser on a regular basis
- Prepare marketing presentations, provide investment advice and training to RM & IM and organize product campaigns & client events to drive the business delivery and meet revenue targets
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in ad-hoc projects in areas of but not limited to process automation, system enhancement, new business project initiative
- Conduct product due diligence, review product documentation and manage full product life cycle
- Provide timely trade execution of Structured Products and OTC Derivatives across multiple asset class in accurate and efficient manner with good judgement and market sense. Communicate effectively with internal & external parties on order status.
- Support and participate in projects such as meet regulatory requirements, enhance system and automation
- Control and mitigate operational and regulatory risks in daily business activities; Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk
Your skills and experience
- At least 8 years relevant experience in structuring/sales/trading Structured Products and Derivatives in global financial institutions with solid market and product knowledge with relevant experience in Equity Derivatives dealing and experience in one more derivative asset category (i.e. Structured Credits, Funds, Rates Exotics, FX, commodities, etc)
- Language proficiency in English, and proficiency in either Mandarin or Cantonese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking clients in Asia
- Hands-on experiences in trading systems (i.e. Bloomberg EMSX, FINIQ).
- Strong technical skills and critical thinking capabilities required
- Established track record of delivery within large financial services organization, with clients and external stakeholders
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and passionate about Private Banking business.
- Team player; possess with solid experience in dealing and can work independently to deliver KPI without intensive supervisions required.
- Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
- Bachelor or above Degree holder in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
- CPWP and CFA holder
- Language proficiency in English, and proficiency in either Mandarin or Cantonese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking clients in Asia
- Self-motivated and passionate about Private Banking business.
- Teamwork and Cooperation across the Bank required.
- Communicate effectively with internal bankers and external clients on order status
Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
