Responsibilities
· Manage the execution of Marketplace & B2B day-to-day operations
· Ensure timely fulfilment of Marketplace & B2B customer orders by working closely with Fulfilment and logistics team
· Administrate and responsible for e-Commerce platforms and all the online contents.
· Oversee our marketplace business including prices and sales to ensure sales growth.
· Coordinate with various stakeholders (Warehouse, Business Partners,B2B Clients etc.) to improve workflow, address operational issues and set up new processes for new business needs and scalability.
· Develop long and short term operations work plan that is driven by the business sales forecast with the usage of historical data
· Create a financial model to track daily Marketplace & B2B operational costs and compare against the budget; re-align the numbers with financials and define objectives for the operations team to meet the budget target.
· Shape all transport processes, procedures, and schedules of the daily activities of the transport operation
· Generate weekly/monthly online sales report.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management or related field preferred
· At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce
· Outstanding business analytics skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
· Strong understanding of e-commerce and interest in driving business improvements.
· Ability to work closely with various stakeholders
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
