Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with consultants and developers to coordinate the work and track progress.
- Document and maintain integration services and interface specifications.
- Identify and resolve integration issues with vendors and internal IT team.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare user manuals, operations manuals, and plan and facilitate user training on system usage.
- Manage and escalate critical issues to relevant managers.
- Maintain good rapport with users to manage their expectations regarding project scope and schedule.
- Undertake other ad-hoc projects and duties assigned by management.
Key Requirement:
- Experience in Fintech or project management is advantageous.
- Strong communication and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams.
- Proficient in IT.
