Responsible in providing day-to-day HR and Administrative supports
Maintain office equipment and liaise with suppliers regarding maintenance and office supply.
Maintaining admin filing and documentation as appropriate.
Key in time card and overtime calculation to processing of worker's salary.
Administer work pass applications, cancellation and renewal.
Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee personnel files.
Arrange and register courses for staff and workers.
Updating staff and workers records,
Arrange dormitory check-in and check-out for workers.
Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Head of department/Management
