Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plan to expand customer base and brand’s reach
- Build and maintain good rapport with new and existing clients to ensure business continuity
- Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they're using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives
- Perform Sales activities in Regional capacity
- Identify the knowledge gaps within the team, come out with action plan to resolve them
- Ensure company’s sales target are being meet by implement necessary action plan and monitor the progress
- Handle monthly and yearly closing processes
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management or Marketing related field
- At least 5 years of working experience in the same role with similar capacity in corporate setting or luxury brands
- Proven track record with handling full sales processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Good negotiation skills
