Job scope:
· Engage as a key team member in the Program Management Office (PMO)
under the HR Digital Transformation initiative.
· Assist in implementing project management methodologies, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and
alignment across projects.
· Assist the PMO Lead who will oversee the organization's project portfolio, including project selection, prioritization,
and resource allocation to ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives.
· Project planning and control
· Risk management
· Resource management
· Providing regular project status updates, performance metrics, and other relevant information to stakeholders,
including senior management, to facilitate decision-making and ensure transparency.
· Quality management
· Training and support
· Identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing lessons learned from previous projects, and
promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements:
· Minimum 7 years of working experience in managing projects in a similar
nature.
· Individuals who display a high level of passion, drive, and commitment to
team success.
