Job Duties:
- Answer incoming queries and address queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and detailed information to customes with regards to relevant products and services
- Resolve customer issues and concerns
- Data entry call records into database
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Minimum ITE and above
- At least 1 year of experience in contact centre environment
- Proficient in MS Office
