- Supervises and inspect cleaning of guestrooms, service areas, corridors, back of house and public areas as assigned. Ensure high standard of cleanliness is maintained in accordance to hotel expected standard.
- Assists in the training and directing of housekeeping attendants. Work with them in preparing rooms and public area as needed to meet schedule or as a process of their training.
- Co-ordinate with Front Office on room availabilities
- Performs duties of other housekeeping supervisors in their absence.
- Assists in accidents or emergencies. Informs Assistant Housekeeper/Executive Housekeeper of any accident so that an Accident Report can be raised.
- Initiates and liaises with the Executive Housekeeper on rooms to be blocked for thorough cleaning and supervises the programmed closely.
- Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Management.
