HR Admin Assistant (12 months Contract, Renewable)
Venue: Bendemeer & Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of People Services and Program from various People Organization function such as (but not limited to), interview co-ordination, onboarding of new hires, contract administration related activities, manage, track and generate reporting on government claims, etc.
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries. Utilize the knowledge base or research or troubleshoot request as needed to provide answers and clarifications to improve first call resolution.
- Refer to the SOP to manage and maintain personnel and organizational records. Manage HR records & filing.
Requirements:
- Obtained at least a diploma. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Good writing and communication skills and the ability to communicate with team members and management at all levels in the company.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- If experience in HR Services, Employee Relations or HRBP will be advantage.
