- Attend to customer at frontline and all phone call received - 30%
- Create quotations for all customer's repairs and advise them accordingly-30%
- Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete-15%
- Ensure work provided addresses the concern raised/required by customers - 10%
- Invoice and collect payment from customers for service rendered - 5%
- Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases - 10%

Qualification
- Secondary School
- 1 year and above experience
- Ability to communicate in Malay, Indian or local dialects
