Job Description


  • Attend to customer at frontline and all phone call received - 30%
  • Create quotations for all customer's repairs and advise them accordingly-30%
  • Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete-15%
  • Ensure work provided addresses the concern raised/required by customers - 10%
  • Invoice and collect payment from customers for service rendered - 5%
  • Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases - 10%

  • Provides simplified and quality services to all customers professionally.
  • Work as a team closely to fill up any possible service gaps.
  • Embrace self responsibilities for all customers and strive for continuous imptovement.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity and independency at work.
  • Ability to react accordingly to work contingencies and requirements.

Qualification


  • Secondary School
  • 1 year and above experience
  • Ability to communicate in Malay, Indian or local dialects

Salary $2800-$3500
