Objectives
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for handling all customers’ requests and support service team in responding to maintenance services, repair work to meet and exceed customers’ expectation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provides shared support to Sales and Operations team.
- Handle customer calls and emails enquiry.
- Perform administrative duties such as quotations, invoices, scheduling appointment and reports.
- Coordinate with Warehouse to prepare materials and equipments to meet delivery KPI (key performance indicators) .
Key Competencies
- Good communication and coordination skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively.
- Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office.
- Strong coordination skills
- Strong attention to details
Qualification:
- NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Candidates without prior working experience are welcome as on-the-job training will be provided.
- This is a 6 months contract role (subject to conversion depend on headcount)
